2nd gift for 
~Shia-luciel's Cerul, a dragon in human form.
Some traits that I read from his character description; he takes on the persona of an ambassador frequently, stoic, intelligent, and focuses on water related powers.
I wanted to try a secluded environment type of drawing. Cerul gives off a scholar vibe so I drew him immersed in books in his own elements~
It's my first try for this kind of background, want to do more coz its fun
